Creamy, Dreamy Peach Smoothie

Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Lactose-Free & under 11 carbs per serving
This recipe is so simple that I almost didn't post it.  But, this smoothie so successfully satisfies my cravings for pudding, ice cream and the like, that I thought some of you might like to try it.  I am sure that any fruit would taste amazing, and don't hesitate to use a different flavor of Coconut Bliss Ice Cream.

Yield: 2, 12-oz smoothies

Ingredients:

 

  • 8-oz Almond Milk, Unsweetened, Original (be careful! the sweetened versions contain sugar)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Bliss Naked Coconut
  • 1 fresh, medium peach
  • 1 serving Biochem 100% Whey Isolate, Natural Flavor (this contains no sweeteners & no lactose)  
    • Feel free to use whatever protein powder you like, just be sure to note that the "Creamy, Dreamy" side of this smoothie will be affected.

Directions:

  • Toss everything into the blender in the order listed
  • Depending on how robust your blender is you might need to slice the peach, but try just cutting it in half if you can (don't forget to remove the seed)
