Dr. Daniel A. Leffler, Lecture - Owning The Gluten-Free Lifestyle

Going to the GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group) Annual Education Conference was so much fun, and it finished with an educational bang thanks to a wonderful lecture from Dr. Leffler, MD, MS. Even before he finished his talk, I was wishing that I could take him home and pick his brain. Thankfully, he has co-authored a new book called, Real Life With Celiac Disease.  It is an amazing book that brings together the cumulative work, knowledge and guidance from many different experts in the world of Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac Gluten Intolerance.  I have found the information in Real Life With Celiac Disease to be so valuable, that I will be giving one to my doctor.
